Fitman Racewear is a direct manufacturer of custom racing suits, karting suits, racing gloves, and related racewear, based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We design and produce all products in-house and sell directly to customers worldwide through fitmanracewear.com.

2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

3. Products
A. Custom Manufacturing
All Fitman Racewear products are made to order. Each suit, glove, or piece of gear is manufactured in our Sialkot facility based on the specifications, sizing, and design details you provide at the time of ordering.
Because your product is built specifically for you, production begins shortly after order confirmation. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
B. Custom Sizing
We offer custom sizing on all applicable products. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Fitman Racewear is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. If you are unsure how to measure, contact us before placing your order and we will guide you.
C. Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and designs as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustration purposes; your custom-designed product may differ in layout and logo placement based on your specifications.
D. Certifications
Certain products in our range carry SFI certification or use certified materials such as Nomex® and Cordura®. Certification details are noted on individual product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product meets the safety standards required by their racing series or sanctioning body before purchasing.
4. Ordering
A. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order — it is not an acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the requested customization).
B. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted and a binding contract is formed when we begin production of your item and/or issue a formal order acceptance email.
C. Bulk and Team Orders
For bulk orders, team kits, or distributor inquiries, please contact us at sales@fitmanracewear.com before placing an order through the website. Custom pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities may apply.
5. Pricing and Payment
A. Pricing
All prices on fitmanracewear.com are listed in [FILL IN: USD / PKR — confirm your store currency]. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
B. Taxes and Duties
For international orders (USA, Canada, UAE, and other countries), import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
C. Payment

6. Production and Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Fitman Racewear will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, force majeure events, or supply chain disruptions.
If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., for an upcoming race), please contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.
7. Cancellations
A. Before Production Begins
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@fitmanracewear.com. If production has not yet begun, we will process a full refund.
B. After Production Has Begun
Because all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has started. This includes cases where standard lead times have not yet elapsed.
C. Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change sizing, design, or colour), contact us immediately. Modifications may not be possible once production has begun and may affect your lead time and pricing.
8. Shipping
Fitman Racewear ships worldwide. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available carriers are displayed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover of your order to the shipping carrier.

9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was made incorrectly based on the specifications you submitted.

10. Intellectual Property
A. Our Content
All content on fitmanracewear.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Fitman Racewear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.
B. Your Custom Designs
When you submit logos, artwork, or design files for use on your custom product, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that artwork and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Fitman Racewear a non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
Fitman Racewear reserves the right to use photographs of finished products (including custom orders) for marketing purposes, such as on our website and social media. If you do not wish your product to be featured, please let us know in writing at the time of ordering.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Fitman Racewear’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury arising from the use of our products — except where such liability cannot be excluded by law
- Our products are designed and certified for use in motorsport contexts as specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is appropriate for their intended use and complies with the regulations of their racing series or sanctioning body
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as manufactured” in accordance with the specifications you submit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond those expressly stated on our product pages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or your order with us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
If you are a consumer in the USA, Canada, UAE, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
