Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order, or for custom work, when you approve your mockup and we begin production. We may decline an order — for example where artwork infringes a third party’s rights, or where we cannot meet a stated deadline honestly.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your selected currency and are converted from GBP at prevailing rates. Import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a genuine error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel without penalty.

Product specification and safety standards

Product descriptions, fabric weights and homologation details are given in good faith and listed on each product page. Where a garment carries a safety standard, that standard is stated on its product page, and that statement is authoritative for that product.

It is your responsibility to confirm which standard your championship requires before ordering. Regulations are set by race organisers and national motorsport authorities and are revised periodically.

Fabric colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate measurements, addresses and contact details
• Confirm you have the right to use any artwork or logos you send us
• Check your mockup carefully before approving it
• Inspect your order on delivery and tell us promptly about any problem
• Maintain and retire safety garments in line with our care guide

Liability

Motorsport is dangerous. Protective clothing reduces risk but does not eliminate it, and no garment can guarantee your safety in an incident. We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and specification; we are not responsible for the outcome of a crash or a fire.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fitman Racewear is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
