Production time

Ready-made garments enter production as soon as your order is placed. There is no design stage, so production is the only thing standing between your order and despatch.

Custom builds enter production once you have approved your digital mockup in writing. The design stage is usually the longest part of a custom order and is almost entirely determined by how quickly artwork is agreed, so the sooner you come back to us on a mockup, the sooner your kit ships.

Despatch and transit

• Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx or UPS depending on your destination
• Tracked end to end, with the tracking number emailed on despatch
• Typical transit of 5–10 business days once despatched
• Signature required on delivery for orders above a set value

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Team orders are consolidated into as few parcels as possible rather than shipped per garment, which is normally considerably cheaper than ordering individually.

Import duty and taxes

Duties, import VAT and customs charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay us, and we are not able to calculate them on your behalf.

We will not declare a shipment as a gift or under-declare its value. Doing so is customs fraud and it invalidates the shipping insurance that protects your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order despatches. If tracking has not updated for more than three business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
