We collect the information we need to make your kit and get it to you, and nothing we cannot justify. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number and delivery address
  • Order information — what you bought, sizing, and your design brief
  • Body measurements, where you have supplied them for made-to-measure garments
  • Artwork and files you upload for custom work
  • Basic technical data about how you use this website

Why we collect it

To produce your order, to ship it, to handle returns and warranty claims, and to answer your questions. Measurements are kept so that repeat orders fit the same as the first one without you having to measure again.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we will use your email address to send it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and we will not add you to a marketing list just because you bought something.

Who we share it with

Shipping carriers, so that they can deliver your order. Payment processors, so that they can take payment — we do not store your card details ourselves. That is the extent of it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Measurements and design files are kept so we can reproduce or repair your kit later. Ask us to delete them and we will, subject to any records we are legally obliged to retain.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@fitmanracewear.com and we will respond.
